Christmas Party!!!

We're having a White Elephant Christmas Party, this coming Sunday, 6 pm, December 16, at Dennis and Barb's house. Directions are on the sidebar. Please bring a wrapped, non-purchased, "white elephant" gift for the gift exchange. Also, bring your specialty Christmas goodies. Yes, you are welcome to come and take part even if you don't usually come to our small group. As long as you bring and wrapped gift...and goodies.

Because of a convergence of sickness and situations with our host families, there will be no small group today for the Flintstone-St Elmo Small Group. Both the LaFayette and Noble groups will be meeting.

TVP Joint Worship Service 6 pm

There are no small groups or evening service today, Oct 28, because we are joining with the other churches in this part of our presbytery for a Joint Worship Service at Covenant Presbyterian Church in Chattanooga. Directions are here. The service is at 6:00 p.m.

Small Group today is at Bekah's house. Bekah was home this morning with sinus problems but still will be hosting small group tonite. She has sniffles and cough but no fever, etc. so she's a lot like half the kids I heard in the service this morning! Please bring some food! See you there.

Don't eat the grits! Tonite we're meeting at the Corbett's even though it is *4th Sunday*. Word to the wise, stay away from the shrimp and grits. It tastes good, but causes debilitating sickness. In order to not hurt Mary's feelings, deliver all of the shrimp and grits to Pastor Travis and he'll take care of them!
